Position Description: Office Team Member

Update accounts from previous day’s services, coordinate technician’s schedules with the needs of new and existing customers, act as the link between our customers, sales team, technicians and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries.
  • Conduct quality assurance with current customers.
  • Communicate problems, changes, cancellations etc to Office Manager.
  • Communicate with technicians and salesmen via telephone and one-on-one.
  • Call customers to collect past due balances.
  • General office duties such as filing, organizing, and mailing.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • One (1) or more years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Adaptive problem solving skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (hours may vary)
