Program Director-CYFSC A Full Time Program Director is needed for CJR's Rockville CYFSC location. The Program Director is responsible for the administrative supervision of the Program. This position requires a Master's Degree in Human Service, Social Services, Criminal Justice, or related field and 3 years of experience in management and supervision of staff. Extensive clinical and staff supervision experience and working in gender specific programs (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Directs all facets of Program operation, including collecting outcomes. Serves as liaison to Juvenile Court. Function as a major resource to staff, lending by example for the care and management of client cases. Bilingual candidates English & Spanish preferred.
