CT Junior Republic Human Service Positions CLINICAL COORDINATOR (Danbury, Meriden, Waterbury) (3) FT Positions Available Conducts client assessment and supervises intake process, develops service plans, provides clinical supervision, provides crisis intervention, prepares reports and co-facilitates service team meetings. Master s degree and 3 yrs exp in screening, assessment and treatment planning. LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license required. CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (Litchfield) FT - assess client needs, develops service plans, makes appropriate linkages to aftercare services, advocates for youth families, monitors client progress, makes referrals, and communicates closely with clients, families and referral source. Master s Degree in a behavioral health field and will be CT lic. or lic. eligible, bilingual (English/ Spanish). EDUCATIONAL ADVOCATE (Danbury) FT - Reviews the educational history of clients, advocates for clients and coordinates services with school districts and provides academic testing and tutoring. Master s with 2 yrs exp or Bachelor s with 3 yrs exp. MDFT SUPERVISOR (Litchfield) FT Provide supervision to MDFT Therapists as well as providing direct services to clients. Works with Program Director on integration of MDFT and residential components. Master s degree, licensed preferred, LCSW, LMFT or LPC. MDFT THERAPIST (Litchfield) FT Delivers individual and family therapy in both the youth s home and the residential program. Provides an array of therapeutic and case management services. Master s Degree and will be CT lic. or lic. eligible, bilingual (English/ Spanish). THERAPIST (New Britain) FT Provides evaluations and individualized treatment plans, both clinic-based and community/home-based treatment services utilizing the A-CRA and ACC models of care to youth and families.
