Full time Clinical Social Worker position is available for CJR s Litchfield Therapeutic Respite and Assessment Center (TRAC). This position requires a Master s Degree in Social Work or related behavioral science. Other preferred requirements include, 2 years post-degree experience working with youth in the juvenile justice system, knowledge of strength-based and trauma sensitive programming, skill in therapeutic interventions, advocacy, crisis intervention, and the ability to function independently. Must be willing to work a flex schedule, which may include weekend or evening hours, and share on-call hours with other staff.
