The Staff Accountant/ Financial Analyst is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable. In addition he/she will assist in the month-end close and will be responsible for monthly account reconciliation and bank reconciliations. Analyze and explain Revenue and Expense, Balance Sheet, and Statistical variances. Perform miscellaneous financial and operational analysis. Assist in preparation of the operating forecast, annual budget and long term financial projections. Requirements: BA in Accounting / Finance, Advanced experience/skills with Excel and complex spreadsheets, general experience with activity-based costing and process improvement. Minimum 3-5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities. Solid working knowledge of non-profit GAAP, Healthcare insurance experience a plus but not required.
