Lead and manage manufacturing and engineering assignments related to on-going manufacturing operations, new product development, capital projects, facility maintenance, and capacity/capability expansion. Directly manages the Process Engineering team, Electrical and Mechanical Design teams, Plant Engineering, and maintenance/fabrication team. Engineering Manager is a member of the site management team collaborating effectively across all functional areas to achieve business results.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required,  3-5 years of experience as Engineering Manager.  Strong background with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean or Six Sigma techniques.
