Call Center -Customer Service Manager

Our client is a business that allows loved ones to continue enjoying independence living at home. We are looking for a Manager with Call Center andCustomer Service experience for the important job of managing incoming calls from potential clients.

The ideal candidate will preferably have Call Center, or similar, experience.
 Requirements3+ years of supervisory experience
Experience creating and implementing staff training 
Experience creating work standards
Familiarity with metrics
Experience in a Call Center or similar environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
