After Hours Call Center Representative a work at home position

Companions & Homemakers, Connecticut's leading provider of home care for older adults, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a work at home postion and can be a full-time or part time hourly position that includes competitive wages, health coverage benefits, 401K, merit-based discretionary bonuses and paid training.

We have multiple shifts available that include unique schedules, as well as weekend and evening hours available.

Please note: Heavy call volume. Applicant must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and prioritize. Our environment is different than that of a typical call-center environment. We treat each person who calls us with special care and consideration. We do not  have scripts since each caller has a unique situation that we are committed to accommodate and service.

Job Title: After Hours Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

-Triaging client and caregiver calls

-Coordinating coverage for elderly clients

-Handling client and caregiver issues and concerns

Requirements:

-Ability to identify problems and solve complex issues

-Ability to respond promptly to client and family needs

-Ability to focus, follow through and complete tasks in an environment that requires significant multi-tasking

-Professional phone presence
