HYSB, a Falls Village non-profit that provides free mental health counseling and youth programs that reduce stress and build confidence, is seeking a fulltime executive director. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years' exp. in a management position. As chief executive officer, this individual must possess critical competencies in four broad categories: commitment to results, management skills, ability to motivate both internally and externally, and a demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the needs of youth and their families.
