Provide Level III support on all products & services. Identify new s/ware & promote new methodologies for troubleshooting. Dvlp test plans. Reqmts: Master s deg in Comp Sci, IT or Engg or closely related field & 1 yr of exp in job offered or as Systems Engr; or Bach s deg in Comp Sci, IT or Engg or closely related field +5 yrs of progressive exp & 1 yr of exp in job offered or as Systems Engr; or any suitable combo of edu, training, & exp.
