A new division of Connecticut Mulch Distributors is looking for a mulch bagging plant operator/manager in our Enfield CT facility. We have recently purchased a brand new Hamer-Fischbein Model 2090 FFS, Robot Palletizer and Wulftec Wrapper bagging operation. We are family owned and operated and have been successful for more than 40 years in the mulch industry.

Duties will include:

-Manage daily operation of fully automated bagging machinery

-Manage several employees

-Responsible for inventory of materials needed for production of the bagging operation

-maintain bagging machinery

-Perform routine maintenance

-Track & schedule daily activities

-Problem solving daily

-Ability to multitask

-Ability to communicate

-Self-motivated
