Connecticut Counseling Centers, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation that provides a full range of licensed outpatient substance abuse and mental health prevention, education, and treatment services to assist adults in becoming productive members of society. Due to program expansions the following positions are available in Waterbury. PROGRAM DIRECTOR Licensed professional to oversee all operations of an outpatient substance abuse & mental health treatment clinic to include staffing, program operations and services, as well as health and safety. Previous administrative and clinical supervisory experience required along with knowledge of State and Federal Methadone regulations. Requires extensive substance abuse experience and knowledge of CARF standards. SUPERVSING RN Supervising RN who will manage both Administrative and Clinical nursing duties of an outpatient adult substance abuse & mental health treatment clinic. Nursing activities to include supervisory duties, patient assessments, educating clients on health related topics and other duties assigned. Supervisory experience preferred. Active CT RN licensure is a must. OFFICE MANAGER The Office Manager will assist the Program Director with oversight in maintaining the overall administrative duties of program services. Responsible to ensure smooth daily administrative operations of program services from supervising and scheduling of admin staff, processing purchase orders, running statistical reports for Leadership, daily cash and credit card reconciliations and property maintenance. Supervisory experience in a medical office environment preferred. COUNSELOR I Opportunity for Counselor to provide direct treatment services to adults in substance abuse and mental health treatment program. Early morning hours. Masters degree with CT Licensure (LADC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
