Columbia Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a self motivated individual for their Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervision of the maintenance group, planning and scheduling daily activities and projects as well as using the Company's preventive maintenance software to schedule the maintenance and repair of various machines, as well as the maintenance of the building and property. The job requires knowledge of how to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical problems, as well as how to perform equipment calibrations. The position also requires knowledge of OSHA requirements, and the ability to develop and improve upon existing safety practices. The position requires a person who can multi-task, and who has the ability to perform the maintenance and repair activities while acting as the team leader. This is a full-time 40-45 hour position with a start time of 6 am. Benefits include: medical, dental and 401k after eligibility requirements have been met.
