Small CT Manufacturer has 1 Production Assembly position available in our Chester, CT facility.  This is a full-time position at 36 hours per week.  Schedule is Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm.  Starting hourly rate between $12 - $17 based on experience.  Wage review within 6 months based on performance.  Excellent benefits package, including 401k.

Position reports directly to our Production Manager.  Position requires individual to produce final goods (hand tools for the telecommunications industry) using a variety of plastic or metal component parts.  Training provided; however, preferred candidates will possess precise attention to detail, be comfortable using basic hand and power tools and have prior assembly experience.
