Administrative Clerk
- Maintain complex calendars, personal appointments and international/domestic meetings
- Develop detailed itineraries and agendas prior to travel date
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Organize materials and PowerPoint slides for board and committee meetings
- Screen and route telephone calls to appropriate parties
- Order office supplies and keep inventory levels
- Organize meetings and conference calls
- Additional duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Prior Administrative experience a plus
- Experience working with a team
- Ability to handle changing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills
