Job responsibilities:

• Lead team in the creation and execution of Product, Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales for our Women in Business bag collections in all channels of distribution: e-tail, retailers & end users
• Collaborate with the Design Team in the development and review of product
• Design and create all marketing material for product line
• Maximize social media content to create sales
• Negotiate pricing and product delivery with our factories
• Manage all aspects of inventory planning and fulfillment through PO placement with factories
• Develop packaging, merchandising and point of sale material
• Coordinate tradeshow and organization and participation

Requirements:

• 5+ years Consumer soft goods buying experience at wholesale & retail
• Experience with Asia sourcing a plus
• Strong internet and social network skills
• Website management experience
• Superior problem solving and detailed follow up skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Microsoft Office suite, Power Point presentations
• Work within a fast paced team environment
• Travel as needed
