Project Associate

Fabrique, a global importing company of computer cases and accessories is looking for a career oriented professional to assume the role of  Project Associate to support all aspects of business activity with key strategic customers. The right candidate must be customer focused, extremely detail oriented, well organized, and is able to work independently in a fast paced, small office environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide direct support to Fabrique USA Project Management in the development and maintenance of all deliverables
• Prepare cost structures for new and existing products for Project Management to review
• Perform sales planning and inventory forecasting and management for all key customers
• Generate purchase orders to suppliers consistent with the demand forecast developed
• Manage delivery and warehousing of goods consistent with Fabrique’s customer orders and product demand
• Coordinate product packaging and point of sale material with Fabrique China office
• Review product samples with Project Management and Design team
• Maintain accurate business records providing easy reference to historical data
• Strong interaction with customers for sales/product development  to ensure deliverables are met
• Respond to customer inquiry in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner
• Review and edit import documents including Packaging Reports, Inspection Reports, and Commercial Invoices.
• Coordination with Fabrique China office and factories to fulfill customer requirements

 Requirements:

• 4 year degree strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
• Ability to multi task and detailed follow through is essential
• Superior problem solving skills and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and internet search engines
• Experience with Great Plains, or similar ERP systems
• Experience with China sourcing desired
• Strong communication skills for product needs and follow up with inside teams and clients.
• Must be flexible to work OT
• Team Environment
• Occasional travel
