The responsibilities of this position include managing all aspects of billing, registrations, title work, deal processing, and other related functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bill all New, Used, Wholesale and Dealer Trade deals
  • Ensures retail transactions are processed in a timely way
  • Breakdown all deals after delivery
  • Prepare & mail contracts to banks
  • Process all vehicle payoffs
  • Floorplan payoffs and adding fresh inventory to floorplan
  • Monthly Floorplan reconciliation
  • Post all deals to accounting
  • Process DMV paperwork through CVR
  • Reconcile DMV work at month end
  • Handle all out of state DMV paperwork
  • Reconcile and pay all after sale items at month end
  • Scan all DMV paperwork in a timely manner
  • Manage Spreadsheets during month for deliveries
  • Manage postage machine and supplies for office
  • Order all forms required for billing deals
  • Assist with covering phone reception at peak hours
  • Provide additional general office support as needed
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Achieve and maintain quarterly GM Training Standards for position
  • Attend external training sessions as required (DMV, CVR, etc)
  • Participate in a busy office as a team player

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prefer 2 or more years of automotive billing experience in an auto dealership, but will train the right person.
  • Knowledge of out-of-state titles is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Possess strong communication skills - including both written and verbal
  • Possess a good understanding of finance and math concepts
  • Must have a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
