Library Support Staff Member Town of Beacon Falls, CT is hiring a part-time Library Support Staff Member. This position will work under the general direction of the Library Director, Assistant Librarian and/or the Program Librarian. This position will assist in the opening and closing of the Library as scheduled; check in and check out and renew circulating library materials; issue/renew library cards; answer phones; assist patrons with photocopying, scanning and faxing; assist with craft preparation as assigned by the Program Librarian; other duties as assigned. This is a non-union position with no benefits and will pay $12/hour. The position will cover irregular shifts as needed with evenings and Saturday's, less than 20 hours per week. A High School Diploma or its equivalent; College Education and/or prior library experience preferred.
