Assistant Town Clerk needed for Town of Beacon Falls, CT. This part time position will perform clerical and administrative duties to assist the Town Clerk in the execution of the functions of the Town Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics as set forth in the Connecticut General Statutes of the State of Connecticut and City Ordinances and assumes statutory responsibility of the office in the absence of the Town Clerk. Receives, records and indexes land record information; issues certified copies of legal documents; assist Town Clerk in administration of regular and special local, State and Federal elections, etc. Associate's Degree in Business or related field or five (5) years of relevant experience.
