Kitchen Assistant needed for the Summer Food Service Program at the Channel 3 Kids Camp.  Job duties would include:

Supervising the International staff in the kitchen per the Camp Chef’s instruction.

Overseeing/ensuring timely production of the meals service.

Reinforcing the training of the staff to ensure that all pertinent Health codes are adhered to

Ensuring wholesome nutritious meals.

Ensuring proper attention is given to all allergy concerns, in partnership with the Camp Chef.

 

The position is full time M-F for 10-12 weeks during the summer, with a small amount of overtime possible. Position could be 7am to 3:30pm shifts or 9:30am to 6:00pm depending on preference.

A current Serv-Safe certificate is required.
