Customer Service 2

This busy manufacturing company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative. This position is full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •Ability to answer and make telephone calls •Manage various customer accounts using our ERP system. Including but not limited to: oOrder entry Invoicing oExpedites oOrder cancellations oJob tracking oLate order reports oUpdating customer accounts •Navigate necessary documents on the computer to access company information •Use the copy machine to copy, print, scan, and fax •Organize paperwork both physically and electronically •Communicate with the shop and office when needed. Drug test and Background check are required. This is a Temp-Perm position.
