Customer Service/Analytical Coordinator

Customer Service /Analytical Coordinator Cable Components Group, LLC (CCG) is a growing manufacturer of extruded components and polymer compounding. The position of Analytical Administrator will work in a diverse skill set to include manufacturing, marketing / customer service and accounting. The focus in manufacturing would be to benchmark LEAN manufacturing and provide PowerPoint visuals assessing quality, productivity, and skill levels. From a marketing standpoint, the Administrator would perform data collection for the development of budgets, marketplace analysis and support to Customer Service on pricing. The accounting responsibilities include providing data on gross margin by product and gross margin by customer. This cross-functional position requires data entry and a proficiency in excel, mini-tab, PowerPoint, knowledge of Crystal Reporting, and other Microsoft Office applications. Good writing and summary skills are necessary to communicate this data on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Experience in Filemaker is a plus; a B.S. or B.A. in business, industrial engineering or accounting is desired. Knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing processes would also be helpful.
