We set the industry standards in customer reliability, quality and service and due to continued growth, currently have the following employment opportunity: BUYER-INDIRECT SUPPLY ROOM ATTENDANT Essential Functions: Responsible for the procurement of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) materials and services including managing key supplier relationships, negotiating and implementing supply agreements, identifying cost savings opportunities and ensuring the adequate and timely supply of required items as well as maintaining the supply room. Responsible for outside vendor services (uniforms, grounds, etc.). Review and manage purchase orders and stocking levels to ensure timeliness of deliveries with proper follow up including expediting deliveries and returns. Communicate with a variety of company personnel to ensure requirements are met. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, 2-5 years administrative or clerical experience, strong verbal and computer skills with critical attention to detail, ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure overall requirements are met, ability to conduct research, negotiate, and present information in a clear and concise manner, ability to work well with all levels of management and employees, proficiency with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel We offer excellent working conditions, competitive wages, and benefits.
