GROUNDS MAINTENANCE Forman School, Inc. is seeking a full time Grounds Maintenance worker. The position requires 1-year experience in essential functions listed below (overtime is required). Must have a valid CT Driver's License and cell phone. Essential Functions Mowing lawns Snow removal Landscaping Maintain & service equipment Spring and Fall clean up Trim shrubs Plant & maintain annual flowers Fertilize, aerate, and irrigate athletic fields Assist Athletic Director in various field set ups Assist in building repair as needed Minimum Qualifications Must be able to climb stairs Lift at least 80 lbs.
