Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Continually analyze the market for advanced wastewater treatment systems and develop strategic plans to rapidly grow sales of existing product lines and develop and acquire new products to serve this specified/engineered market. Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by evaluating customer needs and competitive offerings. Current target market is the U.S. and Canada with annual potential market size of approximately $700 million.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop plan to grow decentralized (large/commercial) system sales of advanced treatment systems by at least 50% per year and residential wastewater system sales by at least 20% per year through fiscal year 2026.
  • Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, technical services, engineering, and manufacturing to communicate and execute the growth plan.
  • Evaluate new sales distribution channels including municipal distributors who focus on wastewater specifications and sales.
  • Evaluate existing CRM system data as a tool to understand sales effort and success and develop strategies to maximize project win rates.
  • Develop concepts for online design tools for wastewater treatment system engineers and manage process to create and launch tools.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Will report to VP of Sales and Delta Advanced Strategic Business Unit
  • No direct reports

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • MBA from top tier university
  • Undergraduate engineering or natural science degree is a plus.
  • Experience working in a marketing or analysis position for a manufacturer of product systems sold business-to-business.
