Responsibilities for Venue Managers and Assistants include coordinating on-site logistics to ensure that each conference runs smoothly. The daily tasks include assigning on-site housing for attendees, registering attendees, making presentations and announcements, working with hotel staff to arrange meeting, poster, and dining rooms according to specifications, and completing a conference budget. AV Manager responsibilities include managing and operating audio-visual equipment during conference sessions and working closely with Conference Chair, Discussion Leaders, and Speakers to ensure smooth operations during daily technical sessions.
