Northwestern Connecticut Community College (NCCC) is a two-year co-educational college located in Winsted, Connecticut. NCCC offers programs that lead to the Associate in Science degree, the Associate in Arts degree, plus credit and non-credit Certificates. Hallmarks of the institution include high quality student services, state-of-the-art technology, and cultural activities for both students and the northwest community.

We are expanding our adjunct applicant pool in anticipation of potential position openings for the Spring 2018 semester. We are seeking part-time instructors to teach online, on-ground, days, evenings, and weekend credit courses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal faculty candidate holds a Master's Degree in the relevant discipline or closely related field plus two (2) years of successful college-level teaching experience.

Experience working with online delivery methods such as Blackboard, familiarity with the integration of educational technology into curriculum, overall computer literacy and awareness of current issues and pedagogical practices that have an impact on the discipline are preferred.

Exceptions to the degree requirements may be made for compelling reasons.

COMPENSATION

$1,546 to $1,663 per credit hour
