CHILD CARE DIRECTOR

Director for NAEYC accredited preschool program. BA/BS in Early Childhood Education required, Master’s preferred.

Director must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as well as strong organizational skills. Must be knowledgeable in grant compliance and budget management.

Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for program recruitment and enrollment; supervision of staff; curriculum and lesson plan development; maintaining continuing education requirements; implementing program policies.

Experience with Procare and School Readiness funding is preferred. Bilingual is a plus.

This is a full time exempt position with an annual salary range of $48,000 - $50,000 + benefits. Flexible schedule is required.
