The Town of Mansfield is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to support the work of the Facilities Management Department. The Department is a shared service between the town and the Mansfield Public Schools. A sample listing of duties includes: tracking and maintaining files; tracking records related to permit applications; tracking work orders; organizing custodial coverage; performing inventory control and oversight; processing invoices; tracking paperwork and inspections related to equipment; scheduling appointments; and typing correspondence. The salary range is $22.56 -$28.52/hr with a benefits package. Candidates should possess at least a high school degree and have considerable experience performing office/administrative support work. .
