Notre Dame Convalescent Home, Inc., established in 1952, is a 60 bed non-profit skilled nursing/short term rehab facility in Norwalk, CT, located at 76 West Rocks Road.

We are seeking qualified CNA candidates for 3PM - 11PM & 11PM - 7AM per diem shifts.
