Perdiem Home Health Aides Provide personal care services as outlined in the plan of care to residents in their home. Including light housekeeping and homemaking services. One minimum weekend per month requirement. High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of a State of Connecticut Training Course for Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant. Must have own transportation, driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
