Inside Sales - Consumables Products

Presstek, LLC (previously Anocoil) is seeking an Inside Sales Representaive to be responsible for selling Presstek's high complexity consumables products via the telephone. Presstek offers a solid benefit program to include matching 401(k) plan. Position includes a competitive base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepares price quotations for new and existing accounts.
  • Enter all sales orders.
  • Qualify sales leads and convert to new business.
  • Communicate with new customers to thank them for their business, provide an overview of other product and services offered and inquire as to how we might gain additional business.
  • Generate sales leads through proactive outbound prospecting into targeted companies.
  • Gather sales intelligence around customer's needs and their buying decision process, as the opportunity arises..
  • Direct field sales interactions with customers to gain and retain business.
  • Maintain customer data base including prospects, contacts, and account information.
  • Provide customer support on tracking shipments, resolve transit damage, quality issues, and processing credits.

Education & Skills:

  • 5+ years inside sales experience.
  • Excellent telephone sales personality.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient level of computer skills.
  • High energy and self-starter.
  • Decision-making and problem resolution a must have.
  • Familiarity with the print market a plus.

Language Skills:

Spanish and / or French a plus.
