Youth and Family Specialist - Part-Time The Youth and Family Specialist is a part time position and responsible for providing consultation to Leeway's housing case management staff on matters pertaining to program development, case management, and dynamics related to transition to adulthood and family structure, clinical interventions and the utilization of community resources.

Participates in weekly team meetings with housing case management staff to discuss tenant's progress/needs. Provide appropriate staff training such as motivational interviewing, etc.

Master's degree in counseling/social work or related field, plus two years related experience working with youth and families in a supervisory or consultant role.
