We are currently seeking a motivated, full-time Construction Estimator and a Foreman for our Concrete Company that specializes in commercial projects.

General Responsibilities of the Concrete Estimator position include, but are not limited to 

• Bid and develop concrete projects.
• Ability to interpret job blueprints, bidding specification, scope descriptions, contracts and related documents.
• Aggressively follow-up with contractors to ensure bids are received on time.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, accompanying cost information and schedules.
• Interact well with clients and strive to make long lasting business relationships with them.

- Salary plus commission
- Minimum 2 years of experience

General Responsibilities of the Foreman position include, but are not limited to 

• Must be able to do foundations, sidewalks, conventional footings and walls. Flatwork is a plus.
• Experience with Tilt up Concrete, Podiums, Pile cap grade beams and Reinforced Slabs a plus.
• Ability to run a crew and be a team player.

- Hourly rate based upon experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
