Hiring for a Medical Assistant (Certified) for a busy Cardiology practice located in central Connecticut. 

Part time 25 hour position, Monday through Friday. 

Varying duties to include but not limited to: 

• Verifying patient information including medical history, medication history and confirming purpose of visit. 
• Prepare patients for examination by performing EKG's, taking blood pressure and weight and recording into medical record. 
• Administrative to include phone calls, medical chart review and prior authorization.
