PART-TIME POSITION IN RECREATION RECREATION AIDE Part-time position in recreation, every Saturday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, to assist the recreation director in providing diversified programs geared to residents' abilities & disabilities; to provide a social atmosphere to residents throughout the Bradley Home with emphasis on providing programs for the pavilion residents. Must have genuine interest in geriatrics and be able to exert unlimited patience, tact & understanding when dealing with residents. Must also have the ability to work willingly with associates and supervisors. Knowledge of recreation, crafts and music a plus, but not necessary, just an interest to learn. A perfect opportunity for someone in the therapeutic recreation field to gain experience and knowledge & at the same time to work in a wonderful environment. Must be somewhat flexible with schedule to coincide w/major parties and programs; to fill in for vacations & holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day).
