Customer Service Rep For Agawam Medical Supply Co. Responsibilities include: Take all necessary information for each new client, to ensure the client is aware of their Rights & Responsibilities & to verify all insurance policies. Must conduct training in proper use of equipment for walk in sales. Handle all initial calls to the company & determine how they should be directed as well as handling all complaints and/or concerns called in by clients or referral sources relating to equipment or deliveries. Verifying insurance coverage, supplies used, obtaining all authorizations, & printing all delivery slips to ensure delivery on the designated date. Responsible to collect all necessary paperwork including, but not limited to: original RX's, CMN's, signed waivers & liability forms, signed Assignment of Benefit forms, & Customer Check List Form. Individual must be detail oriented, hardworking team player with a minimum 2 yrs. exp.
