Customer Service Representatives must be available to work 40 hours per week--shifts will include afternoons, evenings, and weekends to start; with opportunities for overtime.

Duties:

·   Handle a large volume of business-to-business inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment

·   Processing documentation accurately and efficiently

·   Assisting clients with inquiries and/or problem resolutions

·   Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

·   Updating important account information for maximization of communications

Requirements:

·   Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service dealing with high call volume

·   Detail-orientation with the ability to multitask

·   Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends with occasional overtime

·   High school education or higher

·   Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM

·   Strong oral and written communication skills

Required experience:

·   Customer Service in high call volume setting: 1 year
