The Residential Mortgage Originator with Windsor Federal Savings meets with potential customers to process residential mortgage applications for refinance of mortgages or the origination of new 15 – 40 year term fixed and adjustable rate mortgage products, as well as Government guaranteed loan products and Reverse Mortgages. Promotes Windsor Federal Savings and its lending services to the real estate community’s attorney’s developers, and real estate brokers.  Identifies and serves the community’s financial needs through home loan counseling, real estate agent seminars and sales meetings, and by participating and promoting community activities.  Is aware of and takes advantage of opportunities to cross sell the bank’s related deposit products.

The qualified individual has a valid NMLS number, a Bachelor's degree and 2 - 3 years of mortgage origination experience, knowledge of FHA/loan regulations, conventional loan requirements, and real estate law.  Must be familiar with personal computers and software used by mortgage departments.
