We are currently searching for a very talented, highly enthusiast person to join our team as our Customer Relations Specialist, the successful candidate will work in our facility located at Kent School Campus. JobSummary: The Customer Relations Supervisor (CRS) acts as the first point of contact for all E&R customers. He / she assists with the interaction and communications that occur between customers of E&R s Campus Laundry service at Kent School and the E&R in-house customer service team. The CRS is responsible for ensuring an extraordinary customer experience by building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing prompt and accurate service. The CRS will drive customer retention and growth through accurate and timely handling of customer inquiries. Some of the Main Duties and Responsibilities Include: Manage day to day operations to ensure the 100% customer satisfaction, including keeping an organized and efficient store location. Answer all student questions and concerns regarding laundry service Works closely with our Customer Service Department as well as the Marketing Department to ensure our commitments to quality and service are always met.
