Savings Institute Bank & Trust has an immediate opening for a Call Center Manager located in our North Windham, CT Call Center,

Responsibilities include effective supervision and development of the Call Center staff, managing high quality service delivery of the Bank’s products and services via phone and through alternative delivery systems (i.e. Internet, email and mobile) to potential and existing customers.  Professional resolution of customer service issues in alignment with policy, procedures and good judgment are a must.

Successful candidate is preferred to have a college degree and two to five years management and customer service experience or some comparable combination of education or experience. Must have strong technology skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
