Administrator for Land Use/ Zoning Enforcement Officer Town of Watertown, Connecticut Salary Range $75,500-$83,700 This department head position is responsible for Town planning, zoning, subdivision reviews, and assists with enforcement of watercourse regulations. Qualifications: Masters degree and one year municipal or State land use experience or Bachelors with three years of progressively responsible related experience or Associates degree with five years of progressively responsible related experience. Supervisory experience and certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Connecticut Association of Zoning Enforcement Officials are preferred.
