LULAC Head Start Inc. a leader in Early Childhood Education in New Haven, CT, is looking to fill these positions: Education/Disability, Social Service, and Enrollment Managers with a BA Degree in ECE, or related field. Prior management experience preferred. Solid understanding of NAEYC, federal and state childcare regulations. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Custodian to provide custodial and minor maintenance for the center and classrooms. Able to run errands as needed and fulfill repair requests. High school diploma or GED preferred and minimum of two years of custodial or related work experience. Health and Family Advocates whose primary role is to engage families to partner with us to promote children's healthy development and school readiness. The Health Advocate is responsible for working with their team members to assure that all children in their assigned center are up to date on health / nutrition / safety requirements, receive screenings on time, health follow up, and have medical and dental providers. AA / AS in family and child development, public health or health services or a related field. Bilingual (in Spanish) preferred and may be required for certain service areas to meet the needs of our population.
