landscape and groundskeeping worker

18 landscape laborers sought by LAWNS ETC LLC, brookfield, CT. email dankeefe@charter.net., to work in Fairfield county.  Transportation provided to multiple worksites from a centralized pickup location in Brookfield.  Job is full time and temporary 3/15/16/12/15/16 no experience ness. will train  $15.62 per hr.   landscape and maintain grounds of properties using hand or power tools.  Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of mulch, mow, trim, plant, lay sod, dig, rake and pull weeds.  No education or prior work experience is required. Must be able to lift, push, carry objects up to 50lbs.  Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week.  Mon thru Fri 7:am-3pm depending on weather.  Workers will begin work 3/15/16-12/15/16.  Must be able to prove legal authority to work in the U.S. with valid social security number.  Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from designated pickup location at the brookfield office.  Work is performed at multiple worksites throughout the Danbury area.  Transportation is provided to worksites in company truck.  Ad is run in conjuction with a H2B job filing.  workers will be paid weekly on friday by check.  Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law.  If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimberse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Employer will cover all tool, supply, and equiptment costs. Upon the completion of the workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistance back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment.  The amount of transportation payment will be equal to the most economical and resonable common carrier for the distances involved.  Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.09 p/day during travl to a max of $51 p/day with receipts.  Workers will be reimbersed the first week for all visa, visa processing, boarder crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the goverment.  The employer will provide workers with all tools, supplies and equiptment required to perform job.  The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the employment period.  Please inquire about the job opportunity and send resumes to ct.jobs.com. and local SWA, at
