XAL, Inc., a leader in the lighting manufacturing industry, is looking to hire in the Assembly department as well as the Wrapping/Testing department.

As an assembler for XAL, you will be required to assemble custom made lighting fixtures for our customers all over the North America. Experience in assembly work is preferred, but not required.

As a wrapping/testing employee you will be required to test our product for quality before packaging it to be sent out to our customers. It is important that we find the right fit for our company.

This is a FULL TIME position.  We work Monday through Friday, 7:00a.m. sharp until 3:30p.m., with a 12-12:30 lunch break.

This person must be able to work standing up for 8 hours in an ESD protected environment, follow instructions, be good with their hands and tools necessary to build these fixtures. Our shop is very fast paced and we require someone who can work well in the fast-paced environment- time is of the essence!

XAL will run a background check on you and you will need to pass a drug test. We need good workers who will pass these requirements and take their job seriously. Pay is negotiable.  A 90 day review will be given, in which you will be given a pay increase based on performance, as well as medical, dental and vision insurance if you choose.
