Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative / BDC / Telemarketing / Automotive

 

Part-time outbound call center position selling and asking for the appointment as many times as it takes for customers to visit the dealership. Engage customers, build relationships, schedule appointments, and follow up as needed. Identify sales opportunities, capture pertinent details and log activities to achieve or exceed sales objectives. Training provided for qualified candidates to utilize lead management software tools. Telemarketing experience or previous phone experience preferred.

Requirements: Outbound calling, retail, customer service and/or sales experience with following characteristics:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable selling and asking for the appointment
• Team oriented and reliable
• Available to work flexible shifts
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationship
• Excellent follow up skills

• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
