XAL, Inc., a leader in the lighting manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a CNC Miller.

Experience in milling work is a must. It is important that we find the right fit for our company, this is a FULL TIME position, we work Monday through Friday, 7:00a.m. sharp until 3:30p.m., with a 12-12:30 lunch break.

This person must be computer literate, and able to understand our Eclaud milling software. The machine that this person will be working on is an Elumatec SBZ 122, on which you will enter milling holes, slots, checking drawings, writing custom programs, reading blueprints, checking parts for accuracy and quality also daily routine machine maintenance. 

Our shop is very fast paced and we require someone who can work well in the fast-paced environment- time is of the essence! Please consider that we are a business- we have orders to fulfill in a timely manner- if you are not going to take this job seriously, please do not waste our time.

We need an individual that will arrive to work ON TIME, ready to work, 5 days a week!!

XAL will run a background check on you and you will need to pass a drug test.

We need good workers who will pass these requirements and take their job seriously.

Pay is negotiable starting @13$/ per hour, can increase based on knowledge and experience.

 A 90 day review will be given, in which you will be given a pay increase based on performance, as well as medical, dental and vision insurance if you choose.
