Office Administrator

The Position

Our company has a part-time position available for an office administrative assistant.  The position is available for Monday through Wednesday, with the potential of increased hours or days during income tax season.

We are seeking a down-to-earth, professional individual with experience, preferably in the financial industry, with an interest in growing long-term as part of a team.  In addition, the position requires knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and the ability to learn and think in a fast paced environment.  Bookkeeping and billing experience is a plus!

Duties include filing, answering the telephone, interacting with clients, copying and processing income tax returns, proofreading and assembling financial statements, billing and bookkeeping.

Pay is commensurate on experience.  Retirement and other benefits are also available.
