Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose: To provide administration support to Executives and staff.
Job Duties:
- Create booklets for Board of Trustee meetings.
- Maintain company calendar.
- Opening and distributing mail for the Executives.
- Scanning documents and save them to the server.
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets.
- Create mail merge documents for mass mailings.
- Administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, copying, etc.
- Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
- Switchboard coverage.
- Exercises good judgment, effective decision-making, and ensures high quality.
- Knowledge of business, products, services.
- Works with other departments, other associates, outside parties, and management team effectively.
- Complies with HIPAA and all policies and procedures.
Skills Requirement:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Good math, analytical and problem solving skills. Pays attention to detail.
- Dependable, reliable and conscientious.
- Positive attitude.
- Flexible.
- Able to work independently.
Technical Knowledge: Computer and software literate. Microsoft applications.
Experience: 2 or more years in Administration
Education: College degree in English preferable. Combination of education and experience considered.
